Here is another short leadership lessons.  It is easy to get caught up in the little day to day crises that happen at work, at home, and in life.  Sometimes we have no choice but to respond, however as leaders it is important that we don’t get lost down in the weeds.  Keep your eyes on the horizon and focus on the 1,000 meter targets.
